Distance learning is a technology that provides information delivery online through the use of information and communication technologies from those who teach to those who learn.
The basic principles of distance learning are:
- interactive interaction in the process of work;
- providing students with the opportunity to independently master the material under study;
- consulting support in the course of research activities.
Distance learning allows you to learn from a distance. The main role in the implementation of distance learning is played by modern information technologies.
The elements of distance learning were introduced in SUIT in 2020 due to quarantine restrictions imposed in Ukraine in order to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in Ukraine.
